Make normal oatmeal according to the package with your milk of choice
and add...
protein powder, frozen fruits, banana, peanut butter and cinnamon for ~flavor~. For sweetener add natural maple syrup, brown sugar, or honey.
Idea #5 - smoothies:)
Smoothies are a filling option containing various nutrients and protein depending on the ingredients you choose. Our go-to's are raspberry-banana and strawberry-pineapple. We add chia and flax seeds, while using juice and plant-based milk for a liquid component. Some toppings that you can add to a smoothie bowl are peanut butter, granola and fruit.
