Taste - 8.5/10 better when warm
Texture - meltaway in your mouth
Ingredients - natural and used mostly whole foods
Simplicity - only 7 ingredients
Highlights - only 7 ingredients, gluten free, dairy free, no oil or butter, low sugar
We recommend eating when the cookies are still warm and gooey. Although, if you prefer a crispy cookies, put in the oven for an additional few minutes and let cool. Both ways are delicious. This is definitely our top cookie pick of the options as they are both simple and yum e.
Taste - 2/10 only good when you get chocolate chip bite
Texture - cakey, grainy
Ingredients - unhealthy (save your indulgence for better cookies)
Simplicity - medium and took around 20 minutes + cleanup
Highlights - made with honey, aesthetic pictures This cookie is the least health conscious, and frankly we would not recommend. We had to compost half the batch because we could not finish them. It tasted like a butter cookie, but not in a appealing way. If you insist on trying these monstrosities, fill them with LOTS of chocolate chips and/or pb chips.
Taste - 6/10 they weren't bad, but we have better choices
Texture - almond flour made the batter gritty
Ingredients - healthy (organic and natural)
Simplicity - simple and very fast to make
Highlights - no white flour, no eggs, no sugar, easy ingredient substitutions
The cookies were okay, but not a hit. We wouldn't make again. Bad texture honestly. That is all.
5.
Taste - 8/10 hearty and similar to a granola bar
Texture - chewy and chunky
Ingredients - healthy (oats, almond butter, flax, etc.)
Simplicity - easy
Highlights - vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, made with oatmeal
Highlights - vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, made with oatmeal
These cookies were fantastic! They encompass a protein, granola bar texture and taste and we would definitely would make again. However, they don't replace the traditional cookie taste and vibe.
